Neighbor’s tree fell on power wires and pulled weatherhead and conduit away from the house. Called Dave September 28th 2017. He filed for permit September 29th and said he would complete work early next week, but did not complete work until almost 3 weeks later. Fortunately JCP&L reconnected weatherhead and conduit the next day. This was the most frustrating and confusing experience I have had working with someone. One other issue was the quoted price. During this process I visited the township, thinking Dave’s delay was a permit application problem. Turns out the permit had been issued, so I paid for the permit and spoke with the inspector who called on day one of the power outage. When Dave or co-worker finally went to complete work he asked for a check to be left or use a link for credit card payment. I learned a lot from this experience.

Dave was super responsive and the only electrician who returned my call out of the 4 electricians that I called that day. Not only did he return my call within 20 minutes after leaving him a message, but he gives customers the option of texting him With any additional questions. Dave answered ALL of my questions in a timely manner with no hesitation and requested to see the inspection report to confirm the work that needed to be done. The urgency to have the work done was understood and was put on the schedule very quickly. Joe was the electrician who came to my house to do the repairs. He was polite, efficient, professional and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. I would hire JCM Electric again. I really appreciated reading the reviews from Angie’s List. They did not disappoint. You will be satisfied with their work and professionalism.

Superiors to know that the Issue was with the AC not the solar panels.

They were very knowledgeable and suggested that I consider a complete wifi thermostat that would control everything such as heating/cooling remotely an via my cellphone. I normally don't do online reviews but I felt compelled since JCM has changed our lives to be able to not only view our indoor temperature settings but have total control wherever we are. It has been an awesome experience that I would highly recommend JCM . We are now looking at having them install a whole house hub to control lights,appliances,garage door openers an other house items. They treat you like family!!! You won't go wrong here!!!

JCM showed up early and did a great job. We have a few more things we want to do such as installing IC housings, mounting a TV, installing ceiling fans, and an attic fan. We'll be calling JCM for all of these projects. We've been through our share of lousy contractors in every field, it is a relief to have found JCM for all of our electrical jobs!

Great, I reached out on Angie's list app and was responded to very quickly. The appt was set up fast, Dave came out to assess and give us an estimate and then a technician came back the same day to do the work quickly and efficiently.

The electrician that came out was professional and polite. He called before showing up and was earlier than expected, which is good. He was very quick but thoroughly checked to be sure everything was wired and working correctly. I will use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to someone else. Great experience.

Derrick installed the pool timer and worked perfectly. He returned to add additional pins for multiple start and stop times. We worked together to troubleshoot the dead outlet without success. We had to connect the outlet to an existing circuit. Derrick was very respectfully of the sheet rock and cut into it a minimally as possible. Outlet is functional as desired. Derrick was awesome.

Derrick made sure that everything was done properly in the attic and installed a new dining room light. I have used JCM for a long time and will continue to do so. They are always here on time and very professional and make sure they clean up when they are finished. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Dave was very professional and easy going, and offered several pointers on ways that we can do things better and safer. He came by exactly when he said he would and for starters took a quick look at my electrical panel and then walked through my house inspecting all the GCFIs to ensure that they were in good working order. He then inspected the offending light fixture and found that it was bad, but everything else was operating normally. He advised that we should buy a fixture to our liking, and he will come by to install it. We have several other projects that need to be accomplished and I most certainly will contract him for those services as well.
