STRETCH'S PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES

Girls were very very professional with my mom. They did a perfect job. My mom is so happy with the job they did and how efficient they were that she plans on hiring them on a tri weekly basis. I highly recommend them for someone who has an elderly parent that cant clean the nitty gritty things anymore. VERY happy Angies list set me up with them.

There was some confusion because I made the arrangements over the phone -- including payment, reporting the condition of the apartment, and giving directions.Stretch Cleaning did not speak directly to my daughter in advance. Fortunately they had her cell number, because they were unable to find her location and were therefore somewhat late.

In their defense I must say that they had traveled almost an hour into unfamiliar territory and were simply lost in the apartment complex. I was charged extra (above the $360 for cleaning) for travel expenses, but that was fine with me, under the circumstances.

The team thought they would only be there one hour, again a miscommunication due to going through me. One quick phone call to their home base and they had the OK to stay until the job was done.

My daughter reports that one person spent 3 hours in the kitchen, and the other person spent 3 hours on the rest of the apartment. When they were done, it was "so clean it sparkled!" The apartment easily passed inspection and the move to Massachusetts began on schedule.

I take my daughter's word on the excellence of the cleaning job. I am personally very grateful that Stretch Cleaning was willing to travel 54 miles one way and accommodate our tight schedule to do an excellent one-time cleaning job.

We used them once, and were very satisfied with them. They did a great job.

We had a time sensitive need and our call was handled both professionally and expediently. This is a highly reliable, efficient company and I won't hesitate to use them again, when needed.

They are wonderful. They do a great job.

I think that's stupid. They should come to the home and check it.
