i had my ignition key stuck in the ignition and called Bob's Locksmith, he pulled it out with pliers with one big yank and made a replacement key and charged me $225. i was stuck on the road about 15mi from home. being desperate, i paid it thinking i would never have the issue again. then the next day the new key got caught in the ignition and i called another lock smith, the 2nd locksmith stated that the tumblers where damaged and that it looked like someone pulled it out with a big jerk, exactly what Bob did the previous day. the second locksmith replaced the tumblers and provided me with new keys, all for $120? I called Bob that same day to complain but would only get voicemail, calls were never returned. it was an expensive, bad job for a simple fix
