I was interested in getting interior shutters, and regular blinds for other windows. I had the choice of going through Home Depot but found Matt via my very design-picky mom. Though I'm trying not to be like my mom, she does have good taste.... After a free consultation with Matt (though he is not a designer, he as "seen it all," so his opinion of color is worthwhile), I decided to have interior shutters installed on 3 windows, which block out most of the light. Yay! Child now sleeps until past 7am. Matt knows what he is doing, is pleasant, and is reliable/responsive with phone calls. One surprise- the first time around- (I ended up getting shutters for the rest of that level for uniformity and they look gorgeous) was that I had to plan on a 2 month wait for the order to arrive. Prices are fair and well worth it. I have a feeling these are a good investment, in case I ever decide to sell my house: they make a tasteful, pulled-together, impression.
Description of Work: Installed measured-to-fit interior shutters on 9 regular windows, and blinds on 3 regular windows and 2 bay windows. I believe shutters are composite material, blinds are faux wood.
