"TOTALLY 100% FALSE, TOWARD END OF SEASON LAWN WAS GOING DORMANT SO IT WAS A SPORADIC SCHEDULE I WOULD DO IT WHEN IT NEEDED , ALWAYS TALKED TO HUSBAND ON PHONE AND HE SEEMED VERY NICE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH HIM. THEY DID NOT LIVE THERE THEY LIVED IN LAKEWOOD AT THE TIME AND HADNT MOVED IN YET. AS FAR AS MISSING ANY SPOTS THAT WOULD BE IN BAck yard AND THAT WAS BARE DIRT SPOTS WHICH I WOULDNT MOW OVER FOR DAMAGE TO MY BLADE SPINDLES, WASNT MUCH OF A BACK YARD VERY SPOTTY"
They did a good job mowing and pruning, however, they left branches on the ground.
When they did the fence, they threw small pieces of wood into my gardens instead of carting them out.
When Jason moved my sprinklers out of the way to mow, he broke my solar spot light.
I had to hire someone to fix the gate and mow my grass and have to purchase a new spot light. Their bargain of 240. ended up costing me over 350. to fix their mistakes.
I had high hopes that they would work out for me and very disappointed they did not.
No I would NOT recommend these people to any of my friends or family.
"IM SORRY SHE FELT THAT WAY, WHEN WE FINISHED INITIAL JOB SHE WAS THRILLED WITH IT, AS FAR AS CALLING OR TEXTING ME NEVER GOT ANYTHING, MY PHONE IS WITH ME 24/7 AND I WOULD HAVE RESPONDED, AS FAR AS MY SON BEING LATE ON MOWING WE HAVE HAD LOTS OF RAIN AND WERE BACKED UP, LAST TIME HE MOWED HE LEFT CARD ON HER DOOR, SHE NEVER CALLED HIM, WHEN HE CALLED HER THE OTHER DAY TO NOTIFY HER HE WAS COMING ALL SHE DID WAS YELL!"
It is four weeks later, and there is no growth since he came out previously. He said it was because I hadn?t watered it. My neighbor?s lawns, which were fertilized 2-3 days after mine, were turning a beautiful green two weeks later, without watering them.
He was scheduled to cut the grass Wednesday the 17th, as well as trimming the trees. He did not want to trim the trees then, and said he was only cutting the grass.
The problem was, the grass did not need cutting, since it hadn't grown, but he said that he was cutting it anyway.
I had two professionals come out, they said that they could not tell what Tim put down, but it wasn?t working, and they told me that watering was not the problem.
"I AREATED,SEEDED,FERTILIZED AND LIMED HER TOTAL LAWN, FRONT AND BACK, I TOLD HER FROM THE BEGINNING THAT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WITH SEEDING IS WATER, 2X DAILY AT LEAST 20 MINUTES PER!! IF IT DRIES OUT ITS NOTHING BUT BIRD FEED! SHE DIDNT WANT SPRINKLERS ON, SO I SAID AT LEAST WATER IT BY HAND, NO PROBLEM SAYS SHE!! I COME BACK 3 WEEKS LATER ON 17TH AS SCHEDULED TO DO FIRST CUT NOTHING ELSE, I TOLD HER I HAVE OTHER CUSTERMERS ON WEDNESDAYS AND IT WAS CUT OR NO CUT. SHE WANTED HER TREES CUT THATS IT. I TOLD HER PREVIOUSLY LANDSCAPING WORK WILL HAVE TO BE DONE ON WEEKENDS, SHE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. WHEN I GOT THERE I SAW THE GROUND WAS DRY AS A BONE, NO WATER!!! NOT MY FAULT!! CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILTY TO WATER, I CANT BABY SIT LAWN EVERY DAY. LADYS VERY NICE BUT A LITTLE ECCENTRIC, ONE OF THOSE CUSTOMERS THAT WANT YOU TOO BABYSIT THERE PROPERTY AND BE A FULLTIME GARDENER. BAD JUDGEMENT ON MY PART FOR TAKING HER ON AS A CUSTOMER, 90% OF MY CUSTOMERS I HAVE HAD 12-15 YEARS, BAD LANDSCAPER I THINK NOT, MY REFERENCES ARE TOP NOTCH, OH WELL, GOOD RIDENCE."
