Dan from Shielded Pools was the first contractor to call back. Being a pool owner for over 12 years I found Dan to be the best in the business. He set up the appointment for closing when I needed and arrived on time. I questioned him about a few pool issues that I have and he answered all of them. He and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable, quick and professional. I will definitely hire Shielded Pools again in the spring for repairs and for the next closing.

I have always been pleased with my HA recommendations. However, I am totally disgusted by the lack of service provided by Shielded Pool Protection. I must say that they were very responsive to contacting me . We communicated by text about opening my pool. I inquired about the process as this is my first time owning a pool and asked if I would l need any type of chemical treatment. They never replied to this inquiry. What they did do is come to my home and hook up hoses to the filter, something I could have done myself, charged me a ridiculous amount of money to do it and then when the previous owner came by I found out that they had done it incorrectly. So I had to fix it myself. I would not recommend that anyone use Shielded Pool Protection.

We're first time home with pool owners and everything was loveley until the other day it suddenly turned green and we had no idea how to clean it. I watched a youtube video and went to a pool store to get my water checked and they advised us what to put in the water but the only thing is that I actually made it worst. We're having our housewarming/birthday and without the big help of shielded pools it would be so impossible to use the pool and it's a (pool party). I couldn't thank him enough. It's just almost 24hours and the pool is clear. He works fast too and made it looked so east. Thank you so much shielded pools! We would definitely hire them again! More power!

UNRELIABLE!!! Opened my pool one month ago. Never came back to clean pool or change sand in filter. They told me numerous times they would be there. Never showed up. These guys do this on the side and seem overwhelmed with clients. Very disappointing

"Sorry to read this review but when Neal W. scheduled his pool opening we were on time, professional and courteous. The follow-up care to his pool was less successful. Although I was in constant contact with this customer and provided multiple service calls free of charge we still could not get pool clear due to his system and him not maintaining his equipment properly over the years. Neal W. became agitated and left a vulgar voicemail with the company with demands and unrealistic expectations. We decided at that point that it was best to depart ways."
