Definitely would not recommend. Paid for pool to be open 1500 then 500.. for heater then heater did not work called him and he gave attitude and did not want to be bothered . He open pool may 16 and pool is still not swim able and then he told us we had to replace filter they are supposed to come 1 week they don’t I have to call him and ask pool is still not swim able 2,000 later . The costumer’s service is horrible. . Also was aggressive towards my husband he treated us like we are inmates. If they’re gonna represent that they were ex-law-enforcement, then they should hold themselves to a higher standard. It was disgusting the way that they treated us now I understand why people have a problem with law-enforcement, especially when they’re represented by people like that

completely frustrated with this company. I guarantee that the liner will be installed before Memorial Day. The owner of the company, Dan, always makes several excuses. He told me they would come on Friday 05/24, he didn't show up, he said he was arriving on Saturday 05/25 around noon and his guys never showed up. He doesn't answer calls, doesn't respond to messages, completely disrespectful. I understand that rain can delay the process, but the lack of respect of saying it's coming and never showing up is ridiculous. I have a business and I know that unforeseen events happen. and this lack of respect crossed the line. Now I want to see when he installed the liner. remembering that 60% had already been paid and he said he would send a guy to empty the pool and he never did. My husband had to empty it to speed up the process because he said he would come on Friday 05/24 or 05/25 and he didn't show up!!! and today 05/28 he doesn't answer calls and doesn't respond to messages. If I could give 0 stars to this company I would. If you want your pool ready with true promises, stay away from this company.

Great customer service. Extremely responsive which is a rarity. They did a great job and it was done quickly too. Will definately recommend to family and friends.

We only had to enjoy our pool the entire season. The pool was always clean. I never had to check the water quality. It was perfect. No strong chlorine smell ever and there were zero problems. And my family and friends enjoyed the pool all summer too.
