Did a great job. Very efficient. My pool company could not close my pool until Sept.27th. Wanted it closed sooner. Got it closed Sept.8th. by Shielded Pool. Will also tell others about great service.

Dan is a true professional. He explained all the options and after checking 3 other liner companies, Dan had the best price. We have left our original pool service provider and now are a customer of shielded pool. My pump broke mid august to the tune of $450. Turns out it was only the impeller. Again Dan saves me money by being an honest business owner.

When my wife and I were shopping around for a new liner, we found Danny from Shielded Pool Protection. We knew right away that he would be our guy. He showed up when he said he would and was upfront and honest about everything. There were no hidden costs and he didn’t try and sell us on anything we didn’t need. On the day of the install, him and his crew showed up on time and installed the new liner with no issues. We could not be more pleased with how our pool looks now. We will be using Shielded Pool Protection for all of our pool needs going forward. We would highly recommend Shielded Pool Protection, their professionalism and promptness are a breath of fresh air.

Dan from Shielded Pools was the first contractor to call back. Being a pool owner for over 12 years I found Dan to be the best in the business. He set up the appointment for closing when I needed and arrived on time. I questioned him about a few pool issues that I have and he answered all of them. He and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable, quick and professional. I will definitely hire Shielded Pools again in the spring for repairs and for the next closing.

The crew showed up on time, went to work immediately and my in-ground pool was professionally closed in a half hour. They were all very friendly and courteous and the job was fairly priced.

I have always been pleased with my HA recommendations. However, I am totally disgusted by the lack of service provided by Shielded Pool Protection. I must say that they were very responsive to contacting me . We communicated by text about opening my pool. I inquired about the process as this is my first time owning a pool and asked if I would l need any type of chemical treatment. They never replied to this inquiry. What they did do is come to my home and hook up hoses to the filter, something I could have done myself, charged me a ridiculous amount of money to do it and then when the previous owner came by I found out that they had done it incorrectly. So I had to fix it myself. I would not recommend that anyone use Shielded Pool Protection.
