We are extremely disappointed with the quality of workmanship and (lack of) customer service after purchasing a new liner with installation for our in ground pool. The liner is severely wrinkled along the pool sides and has a tear in it. Additionally, they said they would include a new intake and returns, and acid wash the stairs, none of which they did. We also had them replace the sand in our filter and an installation a new motor in the pump. The project has been **completed** for over a month. We have called and texted with complaints, which either were not answered or were not followed up on. We filed a complaint with the BBB. Someone finally came out 2 days ago to check the pool liner and then texted us that there **was nothing they could do** We will be taking legal action next. No, we do NOT recommend this company!! If we wanted a wrinkled pool liner, we would have installed it ourselves.

These guys are great. I had a new liner put in and my pool was up and running within two days. They made sure everything was in place working properly. I will recommend these guys to everyone that has a pool in or above ground these are the guys. Thanks again Shielded pools. See ya at closing.

They are GREAT!!! We have been using them to open and close our pool for about 5 years now and they just replaced our liner, It s looks amazing!! Dan and his team are very helpful and accommodating even when we have general questions throughout the season. We would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

From the first time I spoke and met Dan he was very professional, knowledgeable and straight forward. Any questions he answered and anytime I left or sent him anything I need to know he always got back to me the same day and in a reasonable time. The days that the work was done on his men were very respectful and professional and they did great work and they kept everything neat and cleaned up and left everything neat. Owner came on time with a 4 man crew. They were pleasant, courteous & professional, They completed the pool opening in less than one-half hour. Intend to use them again in future.

We ve been using them for years for openings and closings and have been very happy. Last season they installed a smart mesh safety cover. Pool opened this spring cleaner than it ever did with my old mesh cover. Water was clear. They did a great job installing it. Looks beautiful open and closed. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Real pro's Did all their work in heavy rain

My mother and I have been using other pool companies over the last few years since my brother and father passed. We have figured out a few things on our own but the other pool companies were terrible to deal with. I found Shielded Pools online and called. Spoke to Dan. He was so nice. He gave me a day and time and they showed up exactly on time, down to the second. Guys were so friendly and professional. They took the time to answer all of our questions and even went above and beyond by helping to carry everything into our garage neatly. We were in shock because we dealt with the previous pool companies that were so rude, etc. They didn't try to take advantage and sell us anything extra and they were the cheapest as i had called other companies who were charging over $300. I wish I could give 10 stars! We will be using them from now on

Ever aspect of customer service covered to the max. Immediate callback from Home Advisor site; scheduled job within two hour window on a weekend, showed up at exact agreed time (in the rain, no less, for an outside job), supplied some parts I thought I had but I couldn't find. Performed job exactly as requested. I couldn't think of any reason not to use this company. Great guys.
