Richard came over same day I called he fixed the problem on roof in 10min. and also went over and beyond what he had to do and secured another part of roof. Very nice guy I would definitely recommend him. Had other estimate from someone else that was 150.00 and Richard charged 30.00 Its nice to hire locals
