Great service and great prices.

I was happy with them and their work. Installation was pretty good and we did not have any problems. The cabinets took 2-3 days to install and the counter tops took half a day.

It went fair overall. The cabinets were of decent quality and the price was Ok.  In my opinion, the manager and salesperson, Anthony Vetrano, was pushy and attempted to sell me the priciest cabinets. My biggest concern was around how Vetrano handled the billing. I paid 50% down for the cabinets, which was fine and in the contract. However, the Friday before the cabinets were delivered, Mr. Vetrano took the other 50% of the fee from my credit card without my authorization; I had not even received the cabinets, but was charged the full price. When I complained to Mr. Vetrano, he said that was the way it was done. When I brought up that he had taken the full fee before I received the product, he agreed, but said that was policy. I asked if the "policy" was in the contract or had he made me aware of this "policy" beforehand, he replied, "No."

I personally would not do business with the Bayville store as long as Vetrano is there. I understand that Mountain Millwork has opened a Lakewood store and that may be better.
