Called company on Thursday because old heater was leaking and there was no hot water.  Plumber called me back within an hour and we scheduled him to come 8:00 a.m. Friday morning.  On Friday, he called at 7:40 to say he was on his way and arrived on time. Job was completed in just over 2 hours. Area was cleaned up and old water heater was taken away.
