Fast Termite & Pest Control

This company was recommended to me by my boss. He was very unresponsive in answering my phone calls. I had two numbers to call, and both mail boxes were on occasion full. I am not living at this property where we had this done, and he never notified us whether the job was completed once we finally did get a hold of him. It got to a point where he was not in communication with us at all. He set traps that were meant to catch the ground hogs. A squirrel wandered into one of the traps, and we notified him while it was alive. When he actually got to removing the squirrel, it was dead and he attempted to charge me $80 for the removal. He was supposed to put dirt back where the groundhogs dug, but this was never completed. We ended up finishing the job ourselves. We bought a trap and set it. Our neighbor notified us when the groundhog was caught, and we relocated and released the groundhog.
