the work was done poorly, fred is very busy, does not satisfy his customers needs . once he is done with the job, you are just a number. all he wants you for is to do yearly maintance, which is done very poorly. i ended our relationship and got someone else to finish up the spring cleanup . the new person did a great job. overall freds planting is very good, warrenty,and maintance very poor. several plants died under warrenty and we had to fight about replacement. i could not recommend. i know others in my community that feel the same way, so this is not just a single situation.
