HE RESPONDED TO MY MESSAGE IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE CAME TO MY HOME ON TIME. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT & TOLD ME THAT THE O-RING (WHICH IS LIKE THE WASHER BETWEEN THE HOLE IN THE FLOOR & THE TOILET) WAS ROTTED AWAY.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PLEASANT. THEY REINFORCED THE SEALANT AROUND THE FAUCETS AND DRAIN PARTS LIKE I WANTED. CLEANED UP AND FINISHED ON TIME. I WOULD RECOMMEND.
