Computer Repair
I was very pleased with their overall service. Another computer repair shop had worked on my computer after which I was not able to print from the computer. I received a message printer spooler service not working. I went to Staples and described my problem to them. They suggested that I have a clean install performed and install Windows 7 on my computer. On the day that they backed up my files they called me to confirm the files that were to be copied. Since I lived close by I stopped by the store to view what they were doing which was correct. The tech support group was very helpful and courteous. The only negative was that no one called to let me know that they had finished the job. I'm glad I took one of tech's suggestion in purchasing Windows 7 because my computer is operating a lot smoother. Also, I am now able to print from my computer.
