Quantum Carpet Care is an extremely excellent pro. Joe explained everything in detail as to how he would complete the job. He addressed all my concerns and questions. He was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all my messages. The job was completed as indicated. His work was impeccable. He took care of everything that was necessary to complete the job. I am 1000 percent satisfied with his performance. I would not hesitate to hire him again as well as recommend him to family and friends. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He definitely deserves more than a "five" star rating.

Couldn't ask for a better company

On time, friendly, and very fairly priced. Two bedrooms and carpeted stairs took about 1 hour to clean and 1-1 1/2 hour to dry. Joe was great with my kids and pets. Usually I wake congested, after cleaning, I felt great the next morning. Would definitely use again. Very Satisfied.

Amazing experience with Quantum, Highly recommend!! Great communication from the beginning. When on site Joe was professional, efficient, and clearly has excellent knowledge of his work. We had a few trouble areas including 14yo grease stains in one area, a well-loved cream colored couch, and a vintage stair runner. Each area got its own treatment and we could not be happier with the outcome!! Our home feels refreshed and cleaner than ever. Looking forward to booking with Quantum again for many more seasons!!

I got a good deal on floor model furniture and on the drive back I started to think how many people may have tested it since it's been in the store. I saw Quantum offered upholstery cleaning cleaning and booked the service. The sofa & loveseat that I had cleaned now looks brand new & untouched. Would definitely hire again.

Excellent customer service. We were about to replace our large area rugs but decided to give quantum a try. SO glad we did. The rugs look brand new, I forgot how beautiful they were! We also decided to get our couches cleaned. Will definitely use quantum again!!! No more waiting three days for the couches and rugs to dry like we used toâ ¦literally a couple hours later they everything was perfectly dry. Thank you QCC!!

Great results with no extra hidden fees. There was good communication, they came on time and worked quickly. The carpets looked so much cleaner and smelled fresh. I love that there were no harmful chemicals used. I will use them again when needed, and I would highly recommend!
