Promount

William Johnson is the proprietor of Promount. Promount is the company that Bo Concepts uses when repairs need to be made to their furniture that is out of warranty. The $250 price was dictated by Bo Concepts in this case, not Promount. I had broken a drawer on a Bo Concepts cabinet and could not reseat it properly. Mr. Williams arrived on time, set to work immediately. He first noticed that the cabinet was not stable and reseated the entire cabinet. He then fixed the drawer. He was in and out with no wasted motion. I was really impressed. Impressed by his competence and impressed by his approach. All work. Laser focused. I had to stop him to get his contact information. His company, Promount, will repair furniture, assemble furniture for you, mount things on the walls as well as other services such as locks. He has access to plumbers and electricians though they are not directly part of the company. He is based in Bayonne, NJ and is therefore very convenient for Jersey City, Hoboken and surrounding residents. I cannot say enough about his work ethic, efficiency and competence.
