Any time there was an issue with something, Carlos made sure that we were happy with the end result before finalizing. He was easy to work with and very accommodating. My one criticism would be that we didn't have much of a warning on some occasions as to when certain supplies were needed so we were scrambling to get them. To Carlos's defense, we had a tight window we were dealing with so that may have led to some of the short notice.
Carlos was not always present as work was being done, but did follow up with his guys and us to make sure as few issues as possible arose. He was there enough of the time to keep an eye on the progress though.
Overall, I would recommend Carlos to anyone looking for a good contractor true to his word. I would absolutely use him again as well.
There were several times where they were scheduled to work but did not show. There were also delays waiting for materials that I orders (1 month wait - so my fault).
In general the work was great but the scheduling and coordination was a little less than what I was expecting, I was able to deal with it and I understand I am not the only project they were working on; but I would have expected workers to show when scheduled and when possible in a small bathroom (10x10) get plumbers and electrical there on the same day.
Again, the craftsmanship was outstanding and I would recommend based on that.
I have had my bathroom for about 4 months and I love it!
