HE WAS OVER-PRICED FOR WHAT HE DID AND HE WASN'T WILLING TO TAKE AWAY THE CUTTINGS WITHOUT THE EXTRA CHARGE. HE NEVER ADMITTED TO NOT BEING AN ARBORIST. THAT WAS WHY I HIRED HIM, BECAUSE HE LEAD ME TO BELIEVE HE WAS.
