Professional and quick with same day service for two different but potential emergency situations. After they left, the heat actually stopped working again, but they immediately turned back around and did not charge for the second diagnosis, even though it took a bit of time. They had to order a part to complete the repair, and checked the price with me before ordering it. Great customer service and fair pricing. I'll definitely call JP for future plumbing needs.

The water heater was replaced due to a leak. My tenant was present and was satisfied with the results. They responded in the same day for the emergency repair. The young lady that answers the phone is very nice and helpful. It appears to be a young mom and pop run operation, with customer service at the forefront. I would definitely keep them on my speed dial. My overall rating could not be higher since I was not at the property during the install.

They did a great job!!! They installed the hot water heater first and then came back to work on bath, kitchen and laundry room. They came on time, worked fast and did not over charge for their service. Highly recomended!!!

The estimate by Mr. Bauer was within reason and the lowest offered by the three master plumbers I interviewed. He worked with what I required. The workmen showed up in reasonable time and did the work neatly (and dryly!) with regard for the need to preserve the fine old plaster details on our parlor floor and to keep our house dry. Now all these things work to our satisfaction.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME AND STAYED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. I THINK THE PRICE WAS SLIGHTLY HIGH, BUT OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
