The job was performed on the day of a major snowstorm that lasted two days. The plumber called to let me know he would be 30 minutes late because of the snowstorm which was fine with me. The installation of the toilet bowl went smoothly. I was worried about the sink because of the wall having to be opened up to get at the old piping. The plumber did an excellent job of keeping the wall opening to a minimum. In fact, you can hardly notice the opening after the tile was placed back where he opened up the wall. The plumber had to leave the job because he needed a part that he did not have on hand when fixing the sink. He was only gone about 20 minutes. Initially, he had quoted me about two hours of work for the sink which he was able to accomplish. The plumber who did the work was courteous and professional. He did a thorough job cleaning up the bathroom after he was finished. The sink is working fine and there are no leaks from pipes. Based on their recommendation and internet reviews of the toilet bowl brands I went with the Toto. I had purchased an Elger bowl two years ago which always clogged. About two weeks later the Toto toilet clogged. The owner offered to use an auger but told me he could not continually come out to clear the toilet which was understandable. I decided to unclog the toilet myself with an auger that I had. On occasion I still need to use the auger but after the first attempt the toilet bowl works so the Toto brand is much better than the Elger. It could just be that the low flow bowls don't work very well with clearing waste.
