Got there at 8:30, he had me come back in 2 hrs. after leaving a deposit, when the new glass would be delivered. The glass was stuck in traffic and arrived at about noon. It only took about 1/2 hr. to install. but the whole thing took about 4 hrs. He was very courteous and apologetic about the delay. It was a fine experience but for the time it took.

Fine. Herbert stated two prices for the main switch assemby one for a genuine Toyota part and the second one for an aftermarket part. He gave me a discounted rate for the time to diagnose the problem. When he was unable to get the car repaired at the end of the day, he called to inform me that it would be fixed by the next morning which it was.

WE ARE HAPPY WITH HERBIE. HE IS A LOCAL GUY AND YOU CAN ALWAYS GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM WHEN YOU NEED WORK DONE. HE WORKS LATE AND HIS SHOP IS OPEN 6 DAYS A WEEK AND HE DOES A GOOD JOB.
