Hansson's Air Cond & Heating

I had a water leak in my central a/c. Called another company in Bayonne and was not happy with the estimate they provided. Ended up calling Hanssons and explained my issue to Jimmy the owner and his son Eric. They came the same day I called and they were able to figure out the problem and they came back the next day and fixed my A/C. Couldn't be happier with them. Very professional, courteous and understanding They explained everything, and showed me what they were doing. I like that they are specialist in Heating and Central A/C. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs to have their heating or a/ c serviced.

Jim Hansson provided the first quote for the replacement of our central air conditioning and gas heat furnace, and I had an idea after meeting him that we'd ultimately choose him for the job.  I was e-mailed an estimate within hours, and it turned out to be the most reasonable of the six total quotes that we received.  He and his team are knowledgeable, experienced, and prompt.  Throughout the entire process, every phone call I made was answered (not once did I have to leave a voicemail), and it is clear that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance.  Jim was very flexible and adaptable when scheduling appointments, and he was able to work around our other home renovations and work schedules.  They took care of dealing with the city permits and will make arrangements for the final inspection.  The price of the permits (and everything else the job would entail) was included in the estimate, and there were no surprise or hidden costs after the fact.  The price of the original estimate is exactly the price I paid when everything was said and done. 

I am very satisfied with the customer service and quality of work provided by Hansson's, and would definitely recommend them to anyone with heating/cooling needs.
