I called them for an appointment. They in turn called me back, came to my house, we talked about what I wanted to have done. The owner, Gary suggested a few different things I could do for low maintenance in the front garden. Once I liked his proposal, I called him and I gave him a deposit upon signing the contract for the work to be done. I paid the balance when the job was done.
