Camille is the best of the best! We are very fortunate to have Camille handling our rental property. We are very pleased with her professionalism, attitude and exceptional service. The initial agreement resulted in a rental to a well rated tenant who leased the property for a year. That tenant vacated and I re-hired Exit / Annette & team to list the property once again for sale / rent. The former tenant left the apartment in less than stellar condition so it needed repairs, painting, cleaning, etc... I'm living 3 hours south of the property, am a frequent traveler for work around the US so had little time or resources to manage the repairs. Annette took care of EVERYTHING for me - I'd recommend her and Exit to anyone in the area looking for world class service and beyond!

The final negotiated price was fair and equitable. They did a fantastic job communicating the developments so that nothing was left to chance. They were a pleasure to deal with.
