The visit was very good, he was professional and on time for the meeting. However as is normal I wanted to get other quotes on such an expensive endeavor. After about three weeks I tried to contact Mr. Rhodes to come and do tha work and he never responded to my repeated attempts to reach him. His website does not have a number listed to reach him so you have to use the contact engine on it. This is the same engine I used when I initially contacted him and he then called me within minutes, I have no idea why it would stop working now. I had my wife try leaving contact information there as well to no avail.

He did not use spacers when installing the tile so the floor tiles have uneven gaps.  We used accent tiles in the shower area.  The grout lines are offset, meaning the  tiles above the accent DO NOT line up with the tiles below the accent .  The shower curtain rod was installed too high and had to be reset.  The floor tiles are skewed because he apparently started them against an uneven wall as opposed to laying them out from the center as they should have been.
The spackling in the kitchen was amateur.  We found several patches of uneven sanding and even cracks. I asked about a couple of items and his answer was "I didn't have anything to do with that."  When questioned about the quality of the work he said, "I was here everyday.  The work is complete." 
I guess I should have specified that I wanted the work done right, my mistake.

"The work done for Member was done in a professional manner . All work was reviewed and signed off by the bank processor. If the work was not done professionally I(ER Homes Unlimited LLC) wound not of passed the bank inspection or the City inspection. Also I (ER Homes Unlimited LLC)was the third contractor on site for this job. I ( ER Homes Unlimited LLC) was giving a list of items to complete by the bank and before the company can get paid the bank did a walk through of the house and the company was told by the bank my work was outstanding. Member should've been present for the walk through and we would have no problems. Member also fails to tell that I was the contractor who corrected all the other contractors problems and without me she would not pass the bank inspection or the city inspection. All permits were pulled by me . We had a insulation inspection , a plumbing inspection and electrical inspection all inspections passed. I went above and beyond to help Member and at the end of the day the job was completed professionally.The tile work was done how Member wanted it done. Member also failed to inform the public that she stopped work and never asked for me to finish the job. Her response was "She was running out of money and she would finish the work herself". I took pictures of all my work. ER Homes Unlimited never quite the job or left Member in a bad situation. All work was completed but limited due to Member trying to be a contractor."
