Home Building
Things seemed to be going well in the beginning. The job was being completed according to schedule. They really seemed liked they cared and returned all of our calls in a timely manner. As the job progressed they started to slack a little bit. When went to see the house one day to find that the basement floor had been completely cracked and water had leaked in and frozen. When we called the company regarding our complaint they blamed everything but themselves. They were requesting that we pay more money so they could complete the job and refused to do so until we did. At this point when we did pay them more money to complete the job, they would work for 2 days and then disappear up to 3 weeks with no communication. When they did return they would ask for more money. They made us feel that it was our fault they were losing money from other jobs for their mistake.
