We were first time home buyers and were looking for an agent who would work for the buyer. That's when we found out about Exclusive Buyers Agent. Upon further research, we found out about Buyer's Advisor from the naeba.org website.Pam and Codie Bell at Buyer's Advisors are the best people you can work with. They guided us every step of the way and provide us with the pros and cons of every house that we saw. Codie has an eye for detail . He gave us a lot of insight about every property. Pam & Codie have very good knowledge about the real estate market in NJ. They are very professional people and have excellent work ethics. We found them to be very responsive whenever we tried to reach them. All the people that they have recommended have been a pleasure to work with as well. We are very pleased with their service. We will use them again. 

I did not pay for the service. The commission was paid by the seller. They helped me step by step in the home buying process. They spent a lot of time with me, discussing my needs. They represented me as a buyer; they had no interest in helping the seller, which was good. I think that if anybody is in the market to buy a home, they should use an exclusive buyer’s agent and Buyer’s Advisors is a good one to use. Payments are required in certain instances. I will use them in the future.
