BAYONNE ROOFING

I am delighted with the results of all the work! Chuck was always around to supervise his men, was always accessible to answer any questions that I had and was even able to appease a complaining annoying neighbor. His men came early and did not leave
until night fall. They even cleaned my attic of the debris that had fallen when the roof was taken off, (there were 3 layers). All of his workers were respectful and professional. The roof was completed in 3 days just as Chuck had promised. I would definitely recommend Chuck and Bayonne Roofing to anyone needing a new roof; I am a very satisfied customer.

Chuck's office responded to my call almost immediately.  They gave me an estimate within a couple of days.  It was a little high, but I went with them partly because of the storm and demand on roofers and partly because I'd used them a few years earlier for a small leak.  Back then I had expected them to try to sell me a new roof, but they said it just needed flashing and fixed it, and I was surprised at the honesty. 
My insurance adjuster had asked me to ask them to take pictures before starting.  They took a whole roll for me.  They arrived at 7:30 on the scheduled day and worked until dark.  They finished the job in that one day and even re-roofed my shed, which wasn't part of the deal.  They cleaned up thoroughly.  The office manager, Cindy, was always available by phone or called me back promptly.  I was very pleased with the whole deal.

It was a terrible experience.

They left large gaps around our windows where they should've replaced metal that they tore off to get at the old roof. We now have several leak sites w/a brand new roof. They are rude and suspicious (suggesting our inside damage could've been caused by a leak prior to their work) on the phone and in person. They damaged my neighbors carport and have not fixed it. They damaged our wood siding in several places.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE APPEARANCE OF THE GUTTER DIRECTLY ON THE FRONT OF MY HOME. I HAVE CALLED TEN TIMES TO GET THEM TO INSTALL IT CORRECTLY, BUT NO ONE CALLS ME BACK NOW THAT THEY HAVE MY CHECK.

I HAD A TEN YEAR GUARANTEE AND THE ROOF LEAKED AFTER TWO YEARS. WHEN THEY CAME TO FIX IT, THEY ADMITTED THAT THE ROOF WAS PUT ON WRONG AROUND THE SKYLIGHT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD PAY FOR THE DAMAGES, BUT THEY HAVEN'T YET.

THEY HAD TO HANG OVER THE ROOF JUST TO GET TO THIS OLD HATCH. SO THERE IS NOTHING THIS ROOFING COMPANY CANT FIX. THEY HAVE BEEN IN THIS TOWN FOR 50 YEARS AND STAYING STRONG. YOU CAN TRUST THEM TO FIX YOUR ROOF. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY HARD WORKERS. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN THE TIME THAT THEY ORIGINALLY QUOTED. THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOF.
