The receptionist refused to schedule an appointment to have someone come to my home to perform an estimate. The receptionist said she would have someone call me the next time they were finishing a job in my area - I live 2.9 miles from this company. No one ever called me back and it has been 3 months.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THERE WASNT REALLY ANYTHING THEY COULD HAVE DONE BETTER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. THEY DID SHOW UP ON TIME AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN THE AGREED TIMEFRAME. I DO RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THE BUSINESS WAS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY WERE ABLE TO OBTAIN THE MIRROR WITHIN TWO HOURS. INSTEAD OF HAVING US WAIT THERE, THEY LET GO US HOME AND CALLED US WHEN THE TECHNICIAN WAS IN THE SHOP.

I WAS TOLD WINDOW WOULD BE MADE WITHIN A WEEK. THEY WOULD CALL ME TO ARRANGE BRINGING THE WINDOW AND INSTALLING IT. A WEEK PAST AND THE WINDOW WAS NOT READY. I HAD TO CALL AND CONTINUE ASKING WHEN WOULD THE WINDOW BE READY. FINALLY AFTER ALMOST 2 WEEKS SOMEONE CAME TO INSTALL THE WINDOW. I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.
