They were very professional and thorough. The process was to take 6 months, but due to the tenants lack of cooperation the first time around, I needed to call them back. The problems was fixed in my space in the time they estimated. Through no fault of the company they had to come back for another 3 months. Thankfully, we are now bedbug free. They were not only good on the technical side, but the technicians were also very nice and patient and explained everything and reassured me. A special shoutout to Peggy who figuratively held my hand and helped me through it.

I contacted BAYONNE EXTERMINATING COMPANY because the new home I have bought had carpenter ants swarming in it.
Very professional men were sent for service. He sprayed exterior of the house with equipment including around the window. Next two month was h*** as I see at least 500-100 dead ants every time I came home from work. At first I was exited
because ants are dying but after 2 month of cleaning tens of thousands of ant corps I don't even bother cleaning them and they pile up...
I call BAYONNE EXTERMINATING COMPANY again to spray interior of the house too. The same men who came first time came with garden sprayer with chemical inside and spray every corner and gaps.
After couple week I moved furniture around and as I moved large drawer inside of the closet which where I felt like the ants always appear from. I witnessed most disgusting scene I have ever seen in my entire life. There was some mound of dust or sand like things piled under and behind the drawer that I have moved. I was all dead ant body that the ants move their corps there. It must've been couple ten thousand and I used 12gal shop-vac and it was half full with the ants. I also saw some alive ones inside of the wall behind the drawer. I rip open the wall and spray some of my own pesticide and within a week I haven't seen single ant.
Either the entire colony in my house are dead or moved away. It is relief.
I still have couple month left in the 6 month service so I will call them before the service term over just for good measures.
Also, In future I have any pest problem, I will be call them first.

I feel that I got the best service possible, which is what I was seeking. From the woman who answered the phone, to the technicians who came to treat, I was treated with respect and, yes, a little sympathy and empathy (which is what you need in this case). Each visit was thorough. The teams who came was so helpful and polite. Answered my questions and explained what they were going to do. They said they'd pull out my bookcases and really didn't have to. I'm hoping I don't need to use the warranty, but if I do, I feel like they'll return with gusto. I'm so glad I chose Bayonne Extermination.

I used them several times for other problems. I last used them two years ago because they permanently took care of the problem. They had to do quite a bit of work. They were very, very good. They were excellent.

Everything went very well.
The technician arrived on time. He was very professional and very thorough. He made sure to spray all the areas I pointed out. He completed the job in about one hour. The ants disappeared very soon after he left. It's been about three weeks since the job was done and I have not seen any ants. I am very happy with the results. The exterminator was very professional, explained everything he was going to do, how he was going to do it and answered all of my questions concisely. He was very thorough in making sure he got to any potential nook or cranny (where ants would come in and out of) and completed the job in one and a half hours.
Its been nearly two weeks later and have to seen one ant in the house. Very happy with his work and the results.

These guys were great. They were responsive when it came to scheduling. They called the morning of the work to confirm. They arrived on time. George, who did the work, was very helpful in talking through the pest issues we've had. The work was timely and professional. We will use them again in a heartbeat.

I was within warranty and Bayonne Exterminators honored the contract by sending someone out to spray for bugs, free of charge.

John was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain what he was seeing and doing. At this point the treatment seems to have been effective. He assured us that if any mice return (which sometimes happens as cold weather sets in), to call them since this treatment is guaranteed for 6 months.

Very pleased with results.. Bayonne Exterminating visited, searched for any bug infestations and placed traps under bed posts. Turns out there were no bed bugs, thankfully. They followed up appropriately, were responsive when I left a weekend voicemail, and spent time with me discussing follow up options.

They came twice. They diagnosed the problem (mixed rodents), and laid out the appropriate baits and traps. They have a warranty--if their first visit doesn't do the job, they'll come back. And they did! And after the second visit, the mice disappeared, and the rats died. Everybody was a pleasure to deal with; they came quickly, and they billed honestly.

I found ants and sprayed them - the ants did not reappear. However, I thought that having a professional do the job would be advisable. I called. They came at the time agreed to and took dead ants that I had kept. They called back and advised the ants were carpenter ants and I set up an appointment - we agreed on the price. They arrived on time and did the job - I only had to remind them of one spot they missed. Given the fact that I had "killed" the ants already, I thought the price was a tad hign - however, they did give a 6 months warranty. Would I use them again = probably yes but hope it will not be necessary.

We enjoy using them. The owner of the company was very informative. He was expert in his field. He described every aspect of the job. He is very courteous. He answered questions and phones calls on the day of the service. He was prompt. His crew was nice enough. It is incredible company. The quality of the work was very good.
