Fixed leak in roof. Not much to say except they fixed it and seemed to do a good job

They were responsive, prompt, courteous and clean.  They got the job done when they said they would, it looked good and we have not had any problems with the work so far (6 months).  Plan on using them again and highly recommend them.

Perfectly from start to finish.
They responded promptly to our original request for info.  Arrived promptly on the day they said they would for an on-site review. Provided a quote when they said they would.  Showed up to do the job when they said they would (which was actually on a holiday weekend while we were away) and - as promised - they did not need access to the house, etc. 
When we got home, the only sign that anyone had been there was that the hole was repaired (so perfectly, it was almost hard to spot) and we had a beautiful new roof over our stairs and shed.  No debris, no trampling of the surrounding plants, not so much as a single piece of shingle.   (I mention this because all of that HAD been left behind by a different set of roofers I used several years ago) They even went above and beyond and added a nice edge to the roof that had not been there before. AND they added the slope that we had asked for.
During the process, everyone we spoke with - in person and on the phone - was friendly, polite, and professional.
It was such a positive experience.  I would heartily recommend them to anyone looking for work done on a roof.  And I will absolutely use them again.

It went great.  He came when he said he would, checked out everything that I asked about and gave me good advice.  I would highly recommend to anyone who needs anything roof related to call Baran & Son Roofing.

That turned out fine. There were a couple things on the chimney cap that they had to repair. They also did a general roof inspection too. Two technicians came out and  it took them about an hour.

The gentleman showed up in the winter time. He said I needed several different things done and suggested I get a new roof. He just did a visual inspection. I never actually received a roof tune up. The technician was very hard to reach and connect with. He said Angie’s List never gave him contact information. I have reached out to the guy and he has never responded.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They prepared a report that was invaluable to me. They're receptive and answered all my calls. Nothing but good things to say about them.

They were very prompt and professional when it came to giving me an estimate.  When it came time to do the work, the first time they did not come when I was told they would, but did come the second time.  The owner said they would email me the estimate.  I had to remind him to do it.  Then he wanted to collect payment before I received a bill.  I asked for a "paid" statement and I am still waiting on it.  The price was too high.  He  gave me an estimate on 4 roofs.  I had 2 of them done.  One was a very small section.  I was charged the same price as the larger section of roof that was done.  The owner came in person to pick up payment.  Again.  The first time he said he would come, he was a no show.

The estimate was fair and he didn't put unnecessary services or charges in. Brian was on-time, on-the-job and/or accessible throughout the work.  The crew worked diligently and were respectful of my property and neighbors. My quote included new decking, which wasn't necessary as my wood was in good condition.  So far so good!

The men that came answered all my questions really well and did the job perfectly. They cleaned up really well when they finally finished and the price they gave me for the service was a good one.
