Pedro was the only window washer who would climb a ladder to clean my 2nd story windows. The first time, there were streaks afterward; he told me that I had rotten wood above the windows and he told me what to do to fix it and my contractor did it Pedro was right. After it was fixed, Pedro cleaned again the next year. Because it was hazy out, one or two windows needed a re-do. Pedro did them. He is not only a very nice person but a business man who will come back to you if anything is not perfect in your mind and he will fix the problem.
