I actually did not like them. I actually was not very happy that it was an exclusive listing because they re ripped off my realtor so she could not get a commission on it. So I don/t like their practices, but I wanted the house so I went ahead and bought it. My understanding is that they stopped doing that because I complained to them and some other realtors in the area.

We ultimately did not rent an apartment through her agency, only because we found a good deal at a large commercial complex that we simply couldn't turn down. We thought she was so fantastic, however, that we have recommended her to others and will absolutely use her for our home purchase.

Selling a home can often be a very frustrating experience.  While this cannot be totally eliminated, finding the right real estate agent represent you is critical.  Having sold several homes, I can tell you that this is not easy to do.  Well this time we accomplished it in spades by utilizing Dee Santomauro at Keller Williams.  Not only is she a consummate professional but she has your best interests at heart.  Her follow-up was flawless and she was always available for advice or consultation.  Our buyer was a difficult one to deal with and we had to walk away from the contract several times.  Dee remained optimistic and was able to deal with the issues one at a time until each was resolved.  She helped us remain level headed during the process and we ultimately got the deal done because of her.  We recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor.
