 + -1 moreI felt that he was knowledgeable and experienced. He took a while to get back to me on an estimate (6-7 weeks). His price was a bit high as compared to other prices - maybe about 10-20,000 more. I eventually decided to use another contractor who had a bigger operation and really worked at giving me all the pieces that I wanted. I would get a quote and consider Tom again in the future. I had confidence in him.
Description of Work: A 3 bedroom 2 bath dormer and kitchen. Estimated cost $100,000.
