Premium is the contractor that was a good listener and understood the true scope of the project, totally got my vision and had the skilled talent to build a custom made metal, shed style roof with 2 columns over the front door, creating a great first impression with a welcoming portico. This project plagued both the current owners and previous owners and no one got it right until Premium! We have used Premium for other projects around the property such as a new cedar shake gazebo roof and deck repair, including painting. All work is high quality, looks gorgeous!

"I am sorry we have come to this point and before we could finish the job. This review just does not fairly represent the situation here. Everything was going smoothly through almost the whole project. Near the end though we did discover an issue relating to work that a previous contractor installed. We brought that forward to Ruihong and insisted that we alter our plans to correct the discovered issue; this being key to ensure that the repairs I made would be lasting repairs. We did need to ask for additional funds in order to cover the additional work but we feel that is fair. I am working to resolve the issue and hope that the project can be completed and leave everyone happy in the end."

Luis is very knowledgeable on several aspects of home improvement. I ended up using his company for 3-4 projects including painting, and fixes on stairs, concrete, and attic work. Good value for money and excellent work with attention to detail.

I hired them to repair damage to my front entryway, including repairing decorative columns and painting, replace a basement walkout door, and make repairs to my home that another company made worse. I've used them in the past for various jobs and should have called them first to do the work. They are reliable, professional, and go above and beyond. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

You can't get any better than Premium. Their work was top of the line. I had my garage door trim reinstalled and painted . I was very pleased withe quality of their work. It was professionally and beautifully done. Luis knew exactly what needed to be done without me even telling him. Workers were courteous , neat and helpful. Will use them again for future projects without a doubt!

Accurate quotes, great work, great time management and attention to detail. I've been working with Luis since 2017 where he has performed work on several properties. He has always been amazing to work with. The last project I couldn't be onsite, and I was kept in the loop daily, including photos, and videos as needed. All the work was completed timely, on budget, and I was able to get the property on the market quickly and sold within the day.

We have used this company for an attic remodel and two bathroom remodels. Their communication was great, the workers were always on time, worked and cleaned up daily, were flexible with design changes, etc.
