The service was very nice. He was prompt and on time. He was very professional and seemed  knowledgeable on the choices of insulation. I got them through Angie's List.

Rob's crew arrived on time and immediately brought in tarps plentiful and large enough to cover the entire paths to the various attics, (3 areas).  They began work immediately and raised our attic  floor 4 inches, blew in insulation and then replaced the plywood so we could still use the space for storage.  They took out all the old batting carefully putting it in garbage bags and carryied  it to their truck.
After each day's work, (it took 3-there was a lot to do) they vaccuumed the area thoroughly and carefully.  The group was very polite to us and were extremely honest.
They blew insulation through holes they drilled in the garage ceiling and then spackled each one carefully.
They addressed each of our points and even gave us a senior discount.  Rob came the day after the work was completed and brought the invoice for the balance.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone.  Rob, himself, is great to work with and his crew is the best.

They were good. They were friendly and they showed up on time. One there they were there until 8 or 9 o'clock at night and that's the only thing I didn't like. Their responsiveness was good. That's why we went with them.

Very pleased with the work.  It's made a big difference.  Mr. Paulsen had explained to me that there was 3 different qualities of insulation.

Very professional.  Price was higher than other vendors but not but a ton.  Good clean up and stayed until the job was completed.

I would recommend him highly. I'm not an insulation expert by any means but when I went down and looked, I was satisfied. The guys that were working for him seem like they knew what they were doing. He told me what he was doing all the time, which is basically what I wanted to know. He told me what benefits there would be. I may be imagining, because it's an old house, but where there was a crawlspace and where he did it, it may be in my mind because I wanted it to be, I think the floors were warmer and it's quieter in the house because it's something I should've done a long time ago. He was the only one that came that would sit down and talk to me. Price ranges were competitive. Everybody else would give me a price over the phone without even looking at the job. He was the only one that came through the house, went under the crawl space and looked, then gave me a price. The price was about halfway between the high and the low. The thing that impressed me the most was that he came and he looked. For the first year to year and a half, everything looks good down there. I don't know what the long-term thing is going to be. If they want blown insulation, I would recommend Mr. Paulsen and his company. The workmanship and what he did was quality work. If someone asked me what I thought about Paulsen, I would say go with them. The price was competitive. It goes on the thickness you put on the walls and Mr. Paulsen gave me as much as the highest priced guy and more thickness on the walls than the lowest priced guy. It was a medium. No problems. I go under there every once in a while. Nothing's falling off the walls or the ceiling. He cleaned up after himself. No confusion. If I was building a house and wanted to do insulation, I would use them again without a doubt.

Paulsen Insulation gave us a very competitive quote. What we liked about Paulsen over the other contractors was that he owned his own business. His name is on the truck. He came down from Basking Ridge to Princeton to inspect the project; gave us some advice as to where, how much and which insulation he would use. His team was very professional; they arrived when they said they would; worked all day for a good week. AND, they put down coverings in the main part of the house where we we were living, and vacuumed their way out the door each day! Can't say enough about how satisfied my wife and I are with Paulsen's work.

Company completed the work over Dec 5-7.  The workers are very professional and do a wonderful job of cleaning up afterwards.   You would not know they were ever there.  And that says alot since they were inside for attic work.   The workers are so concerned about keeping your house clean, that rather than use drop cloths to walk inside the house, they climbed a ladder up to the attic and out again as needed.

Since I was curious about the work, I walked over periodically to watch, and they always asked if I had questions or explained what they were doing. Always very pleasant to deal with

There was also one piece of the house that we hadnt planned on insulating but they checked it for me while they were doing the job, and when they found there wasnt much there, they insulated and I was not charged extra.

This is a great company to use.  They understand the customer comes first and is always right.
