She was pretty good, professional, and responsive.
However, she was not so passionate for bringing down the price of the house.
She was even against us when we requested seller to address structural issues found, and she even claimed that they are common structural issues. Although I was not fully convinced that her opinion is more accurate than the inspectors, we had to buy the house without correting the issue since nobody backed us up and seller refused to correct the issue. Although its was not 100% pleasant experience, i cannot really blame her as she got the job done. Maybe we were expecting too much from the realtor since it was our first purchase.
In this current buyer's market, where homes are not moving as quickly as they once did, she listed, marketed and sold my home in 5 days (with 15 showings) and had a showing before the property was put into the MLS! She is professional, thorough, detail oriented and was always one step ahead of me.
There are a few things that differentiate Jennifer from other agents, she has a COMPLETE understanding of the data; and she provides appropriate recommendations based on a thorough analysis. Additionally, and what sold me on Jennifer, was her ability to market the home via on-line channels (facebook, website, twitter and other real estate sites) - which is where buyers go to research homes/markets. As a marketing professional, I can say as an expert that she is spot-on with her marketing strategy.
Jennifer is proactive and reaches out to answer questions, etc. My home will close within several days and she is still in touch to ensure everything is attended to correctly.
