Arley was recommended by the builder, as his company had installed the existing patio in our new townhome. Arley came promptly to review the job, and his landscape architect provided a detailed drawing (which we shared with the HOA) and line item estimate. The initial estimate for the work was higher than we expected and Arley was willing to negotiate to make the work more affordable for us. (We got 3 estimates and while Arley was high bidder, all quotes were within $400 of each other). Arley's attention to detail is exceptional. He showed us multiple projects he had done in our community to demonstrate the quality of the work his team would deliver. He covered every aesthetic consideration, including out-of-sight areas, and was attentive to function as well. His team finished the job in one long day and left the new patio tidy, even setting up our furniture so we could get the full effect! I strongly recommend them.

It was a mostly positive. He was one of several contractors who I called & asked to give me an estimate, he was the only one that came & followed up & gave me an estimate. Then he performed the work & adhered to the schedule that he had given to me originally. I found him reliable & responsive.

THEY DO AN ADEQUATE JOB. THEY ARE NOT THAT PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS ON TIME. THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH. THEY DO GREAT QUALITY WORK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
