It went very well. Vic was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. In addition, when I did a skype interview he assisted remotely - even getting up at 6.30 in the morning to do so and check the connection. I would give Vic an A+++++ for customer service. He is a great professional and totally committed to providing the very best customer service.

He came really highly recommended on Angie's List, which made me call him. I am a professor in records, but not in computers and I needed a lot of help. I ran into a bit of a snag after he left and he said immediately that he would be more than happy to come back, but he was wrong. The only snag that I ran into was with the printer because I was running Windows 8 and it turns out to be that there's a patch for Windows 8 because the printer was set up for Windows 7. He talked me through it, which was amazing because I couldn't do anything. The price was reasonable compared to others. He doesn't charge extra to come within the specific mile and I come under that part. He is worth any penny he works. His response was excellent. He came out in 9 and volunteered to come out anytime later. He was excellent and flawless. He was friendly, but it always professional. He didn't speak geek to me, which was really good.

It went very well. Since the service was just performed last night, I will need to use the computer today before completing my review.

David provided responsive and professional service. He showed great

Very quick and painless

We are very pleased with their service. We deal with Dave and he is exceptional. They can be reached at anytime and are available.

Problem started when the computer started crashing one software program after another, including Norton Security; Microsoft technicians failed after three days and 12 hours to identify the problem, but surmissed it was corrupt files in the operating system and recommended reinstallation. Took it to ARD at that point for further diagnostics and reinstallation. David Dolgin of ARD was extremely patient and intent on finding the problem, which took more than a week of efforts. At one point I was resolved to buy a new computer, but he encouraged me to wait until he tried to find the cause of the problem, which was essentially bad memory. The problem didn't show up on initial diagnostics, so he purchased a diagnostic kit especially for testing memory and proved that was the problem.

Having restored my computer to good running condition, he continues to check in to see how it's going and encourages me to call him if I run into a snag in reinstalling other software or encounter errors. I have strong confidence in him and appreciate his professionalism, his perservance, and his thorough explanations of what he was doing and why, and his offer of help if I need it. I appreciate that he advised me that I should consider replacing the computer in the not far future as it is at that age when computers demonstrate problems.

First and foremost let me just say Mr. Dave Dolgin is very likeable and down to earth person. i am not a computer techy but he put at ease and made me feel very comfortable. He did his job with ease and great professonialism. I would have to say Dave went above and beyound what he had to do. For example he went thru my entire I-Tunes list looking for songs that did not transfer and we found the problem. And Dave brings back something we lack anymore and that is customer service which Dave gives you on a A+ scale do not hesitate to use ARD Computer.

We contacted ARD after finding them on this sight. We scheduled an appointment to review our situation. After explaining to Dave that another computer company had let us down after promising us that their networking of our computers would work at one of our auction events, and ended up causing a lot of extra work and confusion, he analyzed the problem and came up with a plan to fix it.
After ordering some equipment and installing it Dave tested the system, and it worked. At our request, Dave also attended our next auction. Arriving at 7:30 AM the day of our sale he booted up our system and checked it to make sure everything was okay, and it was. He also stayed with us after the event started at 10:00 AM, and well into it, leaving at 11:30 AM. He did not leave until we felt totaly secure that everything was to our satisfaction. We cannot thank him or his company enough, and highly recommend them.

Great. Was willing to come out on an early Sunday morning to get us back online again. Was able to trouble shoot problem in under twenty minutes and fix issue that neither my internet service provider nor windows support could figure out or help with.

David does not waste my time or his...there was a job to do and he did it in record time!
