computer repair
 + -1 moreKEVIN WAS AVAILABLE ON ONE PHONE CALL. HE CAME TO MY HOME WITHIN A 2 HOUR TIME WINDOW. THE CPU HAD TO BE TAKEN BACK TO HIS SHOP FOR HIM TO RUN A DIAGNOSTIC TEST, AND REPAIR OR REPLACE THE DRIVE. I HAD MY COMPUTER BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS AND ALL MY DATA WAS RECOVERED. KEVIN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO TALK TO ABOUT MY COMPUTER CONCERNS.
Description of Work: RECEIVED AN UNRECOVERABLE DISK ERROR ON MY HARD DRIVE. THE DRIVE WAS REPLACED AND MY DATA WAS ABLE TO BE RETRIEVED.
