Only Tom's son - Tom Jr does the installation. This allows Tom to be involved with each purchase from start to finish. Star Window Fashions was great from start to finish. The quality of the blinds were great and they had the best price by far.
I called over four other places for estimates and no one could come anywhere near Starr's price and quality.

for custom draperies for two very large windows in my living room, but had not
found anyone in my area to work with. After searching Angie?s list, I
contacted Tom and he was quick to respond, bringing out samples to my home so
that we might begin planning out the execution of the drapes I had in mind. I also
visited his shop so that I could look at additional samples and embellishments.
Once everything was selected, including the drapery hardware, he kept in touch
via e-mail on the timeline for the drapes. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping
me with making selections and he was always quick to respond to any questions
that I had. Now that the drapes are finished and in place, I am so glad I
contacted him. I felt he had a good sense of what I wanted for my home, and,
I am so happy with the all of the selections we made together. I highly recommend
Tom for your window design needs! (p.s.: my favorite part: the alternating crystal
and tassel fringe, just the bit of ?bling? I was looking for!)
