 + -1 moreTheir quote was a little higher. The person they sent was quite knowledgeable about pools. They were quick with the quote, but have been slow in getting the details to us. They have not done good on follow-up. They were on time. We decided to go with someone else, because they were slow in their follow-up. I am a little dissatisfied.
Description of Work: Shoreline Pools gave us a quote on a pool installation.

 + -1 moreWe had never had a pool installed before and Carmine made the whole experience extremely easy. His knowledge of pools and options helped us make the right decisions about the pool. He and his crew were very organized and the whole job was done quickly and neatly. It has been complete for approximately 18 months now, and we have enjoyed the pool immensely and have had no issues with it at all. Carmine also came by several times in the months after the install was complete to check on the pool to make sure everything was working properly. Our experience could not have been better,, and I would highly recommend Shoreline pools to anyone.
