My central air went out on a Friday night on one of the hottest days of the year. We called Keith on Saturday at 8:30 AM and was at my house by 10:30 AM Was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and had my AC back and running by noon. I would recommend him for any of your central air problems

Keith called twice to confirm the appointment. When he arrived, Keith could tell right away from listening to our problem where to begin work.  Corroded connections had resulted in a short.  Capacitor was replaced and we were back up and cooling.  Keith was very knowelgable and explained what he was doing and why as well as offered tips for better operation of unit.

Great service.  Called around for same day service.  Keith from Service Pros was the only one to offer same day service.  Keith spent over 2 1/2 hours getting my A/C units up to par.  (He even remarked that he spent more time on my job than he had on similar work in all his years as a HVAC tech.)  Nonetheless, he stuck to his original quote which was quite reasonable.   Definitely will use and recommend his services in the future.

I thought that it went very well. He did a very thorough inspection, and determined that there was a slow leak in the central a/c. He filled it with freon to keep it working. Since it was the end of summer, I wanted to postpone any new installation. He was courteous and informative. He will be back to service the heating system in the Fall. When I called to inquire about the service contract, the call went to voicemail. He got back to me soon afterward. I called two companies that day, and he responded first. I would recommend Service Pro.

After having Service Pros come out for a estimate we knew they were going to be the company for the job. Keith from Service Pros was by far the most professional compared, to the other companies we had out. He looked over our entire system and told us about all the options that were available to us. He also made sure that all our questions were answered.
We bought the best heater and decided to get a new air conditioner at the same time from Service Pros. It also included a unit to improve the air in our home. This was a big concern for us with our daughters allergies.
The job was done exactly as it they promised. They arrived on time, protect our floors and cleaned up when they were done. The workmanship appears excellent, even the town inspector made a comment on the nice work.
Even though it's fall we did get to try the air conditioner the other day. The new unit is so quiet and cooled the house so much better then our old unit. We only used the heater a few times also. It's also so quiet, you don't even know it's on. The house feels much warmer through out the house. It's hard to explain, but it feels cozy in here now.
