Their services are second to none. We fully entrusted the care of our dogs to Paws at Home because they are reliable, communicative and above all else, love our dogs as much as we do. We always knew when they had been to visit, what was going on with the dogs and whether there were any issues we needed to be aware of. They were always incredibly accommodating to our changing needs and schedules. They understand that having this type of business is a year-round commitment and they are fully dedicated to it. We were so glad to find to have had such great care for so many years and are sad we have moved away from them.

Paws at Home walked my dogs for 13 years. They took as good care of my dogs as I would. Sean always alerted me to anything that was not normal behavior. My dogs loved Sean and Gretchen and miss them greatly!

Great! I’m a full time teacher so Sean comes over and takes care of our two dogs Monday-Friday during the school year. He lets himself into our home, takes the dogs outside to our fenced in back yard, exercises them, cleans their feet when they come in, and gives them clean water. We have used Sean the past two years and will continue again in September! He’s always punctual and takes great care of our dogs (and our house.) He keeps us updated if he notices anything off with the dogs and sends us pictures of the dogs from time to time. We highly recommend Sean for any of your pet sitting or walking needs!

Sean and Gretchen are the best. They are so conscientious and really care about taking good care of my pets and my home too. I completely trust them and know that they will come when they say they will come and will always give my dog a nice long walk and care for my cats. I am not exaggerating when I say they go above and beyond. Sean has cleaned my carpet because my dog pees a little when she gets her leash on or when one of the cats has vomited a hairball. He even cleared my driveway of wet leaves once right before we returned from vacation because he didn’t want anyone to slip. Highly recommend

Sean has been pet sitting for us for years. He does a fantastic job of making sure all our pets are well cared for, and that things at our house are all ok while we're away. Sean was on time and very helpful during the free consultation. He helped to explain everything to me and I had the ability to ask as many questions as I needed. Sean was professional and I could tell he loves what he does. The pet sitting went well, and it was so nice to not have to worry.

Sean was extremely professional right from the beginning. He met with us and our pet to go over the job and its' details. He was in constant contact with us, (he even sent pictures) which relieved any worry that we might have had concerning being away during an extended time. Upon return, he updated us with pertinent information concerning the weather and our cat.

Sean texted me almost daily to keep me updated about our pets.  There was some extreme weather while we were away and he  made sure I knew that the animals were just fine. My dog is elderly and gets anxious with changes but Sean's service was seamless and my lovely dog (and cat) suffered no ill effects from our absence. I will absolutely use "Paws at Home" again.

Paws at Home LLC did a great job of not only taking care of our 2 cats but letting us know of issues with our home while we were away. There was a power outage and they reset the alarms and then when our boiler ran out of heating oil they let us know and helped us troubleshoot so we could get it back working.  When we got back both our cats were in great shape. The house was clean of empty food cans and they had fresh food and water.  The litter box was clean and there were no accidents or messes anywhere.

Sean provides care daily for our two black labs...Bo and Luke....  Sean has bee with us for over two years.  We feel that we have truly been blessed to have Paws at Home care for our boys.  Sean's professionalism and methodical work ethic are evident in his everyday practice of caring for our dogs.  His assessment skills are above and beyond and  will always keep us current on any changes or daily updates that are present at the time of his visit.  He immediately alerts us to any concerns for our boys as well as our home  and goes out of his way to show his genuine care and compassion  for our dogs...... I can truely say that Bo and Luke can't wait to see Sean and go for their daily walk. When the weekend comes, the boys will wait by the window for close to an hour to see if their friend will be coming to walk them.  I just have to mention Sean's name and the boys start barking and jumping up and down.  I feel that  I can always rest easily in knowing that the boys are very well  taken care.  Sean is extremely punctual and has always been quick to accomodate us for any schedule changes.  He will send e-mail updates routinely on recalls or saftey issues and keep us in the loop on any areas that may need our attention. He responds to e-mails promptly and addresses every concern to completion.  I know that we are not the only pet owners that feel Paws at Home is a Blessing to our Family.  Thank you Sean and Gretchen for all that you do for "Our Boys"....   and for us. Any pet owner would be lucky to have you care for their loved ones.

We've used Sean since we moved to Sparta, and he's done a great job for us! In fact, we left our kitty for the longest so far a few weeks ago (8 days), and while she was happy to see us, she did not seem stressed out at all. Everything was in order...trash had been taken out/picked up, mail was brought in, plants were watered, and (most importantly) our kitty-princess was happy. Sean sent me a few texts during our vacation to let me know how things were going, and he even sent me a few pictures of her...one of her on his lap! She doesn't go to just anyone, and it made me feel better knowing he was taking the time to give her some attention.

I called Sean at the last minute as the person who was suppose to take care of my cats had canceled. Sean came to my house within the hour to meet with me. He explained his services/pricing and I hired him on the spot. He provided daily text message updates to me while I was away which was a great comfort as I had never used a service before. The cats, inside & out, were cared for & played with every day-when I returned home everything was in good form. I am always extremely pleased with the worked performed, & will continue to use this service.

As usual, Mr. McGrath came by ahead of time, to see if there were any changes around the house & to pick up the house key.
While I was away, my cats were fed, as well as the outside stray cat, cat boxes kept clean, and the bird feeder and birdbath kept full.
My cat were happy and in good shape when I came home, and mail & newspapers were placed in a designated spot. While the rates have gone up slightly, they are still well within reason-I am always pleased with the level of service received.

I was planning my yearly two-week vacation, and needed a pet-sitter to take care of my cats-I did not want to put them in a boarding facility. Of the local companies available, Paws At Home looked best, so I made an appointment for the initial interview. I was very pleased with the person who came, and the cats seemed friendly with him. Sean McGrath took careful notes, was shown the areas where the cat food and cat boxes were, and was given asked about bringing in mail, papers, and feeding the outside birds. Just before I was to leave, one of my cats became ill, and had to be kept separate from the others, plus being given daily medication. Mr. McGrath came over and was shown the arrangements for this cat, and duly took care of him. The day I came home, Mr. McGrath pulled up just as I was parking, and did his usual good job of taking care of the cats so I could get my gear unloaded. I was very grateful for this, as after an eight-hour drive I was a little tired. While I was away, he also emailed me a picture of a bear that came up to my front door! I will use this company again-he cared for my cats as though they were his own.
