+ -1 moreProper footings were not placed in the ground and our patio started to show signs of sinking. Meticulous Landscaping did come back and supposedly fixed it. In 2013 we started to notice the back edge of the patio had sunken and moved outward, leaving a large new gap in the surface. In addition, the outer two rows of pavers near the edge have loosened and moved outward so we now have a bunch of loose rows of pavers near the sinking edge. We had contacted Meticulous several times by phone and in person but never heard from them. We now are contracting with another landscaper to fix the problem at a cost of $2,000.
Description of Work: The provider put in a paver patio over an existing cement patio and also extended the patio with brick pavers over an existing lawn area.
