+ -1 morePhilip promptly responded to our request to check out our furnace: he gave it a thorough going over and cleaned a rather filthy fan, which boosted air flow to the house. He returned the next day to remove an old thermostat and replaced it with a better one. We recommend him highly to others.
Description of Work: Performed furnace check up and installed new thermostat into newly purchased home.

Description of Work: Replaced the condenser on my AC. It had been fried by an electrical surge at some point. He had to redo some of the piping and electrical lines to work with the new unit as well. Phil arrived on time in the morning and was able to get a new unit and install it before the end of the day. I haven't had a problem with it since the install. I'm planning on using Heat Wave again for my yearly furnace check up in the fall.

+ -1 moreThey are always so professional and get back to the customer immediately. Plenty of times they have troubleshooted over the phone and fixed the problem. They never charged me for the time. They have come to my house immediately when there have been any problems. They are fair, professional and reliable. What more can one ask for.
Description of Work: Was having a problem with my heat, when they came out, they found it was the thermostat. Al took the thermostat off wall for me so that I could return it and he will reinstall and reprogram my nest thermostat.

+ -1 moreIt was a reasonable price. He installed it and showed us how to work the system. I can even adjust the temperature of my when I am out through my smart phone. The owner, Phil, will email me right back if I email him. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They come twice a year to look at our furnace and our air conditioner. They also installed a radio thermostat that I can adjust the temperature of my house through my computer.
