'My Services NJ' renovated my elderly family member's bathroom and left it where the shower no longer drains properly. Told my family member they needed to pay more for the drain to be repaired. Edge of tiles were not properly done, looks like a diy project. Service people offer extra services that were not requested to take advantage of older clients. Very shabby work with tile not set for proper drainage. My Services NJ is unwilling to properly level shower so it will drain unless my relative pays more. My Services NJ told my relative they are using too much water and that is why shower doesn't drain properly. It is tragic this company took advantage of senior members of our community like this. $18K for a shower that doesn't drain properly. In stead of repairing their error the offer my relative a squeegee to push water to the drain.
