I had previously hired this company to upgrade double hung windows about six years ago and they are still in great condition. This time, I was looking to replace four drafty old basement windows. Howard was patient and honest during the sales process. Nick, as was the case last time, had taken good measurements, did very neat work, and completed the job in a morning. That evening, Howard called to make sure that everything had gone well.
They custom order Harvey brand windows. From the time that I accepted the quote to the time that the windows were in and we could schedule the work was about a month.
I highly recommend and would hire again.
